Via Courier (ACS)

Weight is calculated by our system based on either the actual weight of the products or the volumetric weight (“dimensional weight”). Volumetric weight is a calculation method used by transport and courier companies based on the volume a package occupies rather than its actual weight on a scale.

• ACS: 3.00€

Remote / Inaccessible areas of Attica

• ACS: 3.80€

Rest of Greece (Provinces)

• ACS: 4.75€

Delivery Times

• Orders placed by 14:00 are handed over to the courier company on the same day or within 2 business days.

• Orders placed after 14:00 or on non-working days are delivered in up to 3 business days.

• Delivery time depends on the courier company and is typically 1 – 3 business days.

• In case of delay, please contact us immediately.

• Note: We do not ship orders outside of Greece.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Payment via cash or POS upon delivery.

• A fee of 2.00€ applies

Credit/Debit Card

Accepting Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, and Discover.

• Transactions are processed through the Piraeus e-Commerce platform.

Bank Transfer / Direct Deposit

• Deposits should be made to the company’s bank account using your order number as the reference.

• Any transaction fees for transfers from other banks are the responsibility of the customer.

• Orders are shipped only after payment confirmation.

• Direct deposit to Piraeus Bank is recommended to avoid delays.
