Return Policy

1. Returns are accepted only if the products are in their original packaging, with the security seal intact.
2. Damaged packaging or products that have been used in any way cannot be accepted for return.
3. Returns must be made within 15 days from the date of delivery.
4. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. The return may be arranged using your own courier or any shipping company of your choice.
5. All returns must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt issued with the products.
6. Prior telephone communication is required before any return.

Exception – Wrong Product Shipment

If the company sends the wrong product compared to your order, all return shipping costs are covered by us, and the company will proceed with replacing the product.

Liability

The company is not responsible for situations beyond its control but is committed to doing everything possible to ensure the best customer service.

Defective Products

Responsibility for defective products covered by warranty lies with the official Greek distributor of each product.

Cancellation Policy

1. To cancel an order, please contact us by phone or email (210…..) to notify the store.
2. An order can be canceled only if the shipping process has not yet been completed.
3. Refunds are issued upon receiving your bank account details via email at: info@cilven.com

It is important that the email clearly includes the order number and the full name used when placing the order.
