Shipping Methods:

Via COURIER (ACS)

The weight calculation is done by our system and depends either on the actual weight of the products or their volumetric weight (also known as “dimensional weight”).

Volumetric weight is a calculated method of weight used by courier and shipping companies, which is not based on the actual weight (kilograms on a scale), but on the volume occupied by a product/package.

Shipping Costs

At cilven.com, we design your shipments with cost and reliability in mind. We collaborate with two trusted courier companies and offer you the option to choose the most convenient solution — in terms of price and service — so that your order arrives quickly and without unnecessary expenses.

Free Shipping

Free shipping for orders of €45 and above, up to 3.5 kg for deliveries via ACS. If the weight exceeds this limit, additional charges per kilogram apply according to postal code and chosen courier.

ATHENS – ATTICA

ACS: Shipping within Athens costs €3.00 for orders up to 3.5 kg. Each additional kilogram costs €0.90.

REMOTE OR HARD-TO-REACH AREAS OF ATTICA

ACS: Shipping costs range from €3.00 to €5.40 depending on the postal code for orders up to 3.5 kg. Each additional kilogram costs €0.90 – €1.45 depending on the postal code.

PROVINCE / MAINLAND

ACS: Shipping costs for provincial areas (mainland) are €3.80 for orders up to 3.5 kg. Each additional kilogram costs €1.10.

REMOTE OR HARD-TO-REACH AREAS OF THE PROVINCE

ACS: Shipping costs for remote or hard-to-reach provincial areas range from €3.80 – €5.40 depending on the postal code for orders up to 3.5 kg. Each additional kilogram costs €1.10 – €1.45 depending on the postal code.

ISLANDS

ACS: Shipping costs to islands are €4.75 for orders up to 3.5 kg. Each additional kilogram costs €1.30.

REMOTE OR HARD-TO-REACH AREAS OF THE ISLANDS

ACS: Shipping costs to remote or hard-to-reach island areas range from €4.75 – €5.40 depending on the postal code for orders up to 3.5 kg. Each additional kilogram costs €1.30 – €1.45 depending on the postal code.

Delivery Times

Orders are handed over from our company to the courier the same day or within two business days for orders placed on business days before 14:00. Orders placed after 14:00 or on non-business days will be delivered to the courier within three business days at the latest.

The delivery time depends on the courier company and usually ranges from one to three business days from the day we hand over the order. If you notice a delay, please contact us immediately.
Orders are not delivered outside Greece.

Payment Methods:

CASH ON DELIVERY

Payment by cash or POS upon delivery of products, with a charge of €2.00 if ACS is selected.

CARD PAYMENT

Payment is possible via credit, debit, and prepaid cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Discover). For maximum security, card payments are processed via the “Piraeus e-Commerce” platform of Alpha Bank, using TLS 1.1 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption encodes the information until it reaches the recipient, who can decode it with the proper key.

BANK TRANSFER (IMMEDIATE)

Bank transfers are made to the company’s bank account with the order number as the transfer reference.
Process: At checkout, select “Immediate Bank Transfer” as the payment method. Deposit the amount to the following account:

Always include your order number and full name as the transfer reference. Any fees from other banks (Greek or foreign) are the responsibility of the customer. The order is shipped once the amount appears in our account. To avoid additional fees or delays, deposit directly to the partner bank (Piraeus Bank).

All card payments are processed through the “Nexi e-Commerce” platform and use TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit SSL. Encryption ensures the information is coded until it reaches the recipient, who can decode it with the appropriate key.
