RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy:

Returns are accepted only if the products are in their original packaging and, if they have a security seal, it has not been broken.
Damaged packaging or products are not accepted for return, nor are products that have been used in any way.
Returns are accepted within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt.
Shipping costs for returning products are the sole responsibility of the customer. Returns can be made using the customer’s own means or through a shipping company of their choice.
Returns must be accompanied by the receipt that was issued with the products.
Prior telephone contact is required before any return.

In the case of an error caused by the shipment of a different product (according to the order placed in our online store), the customer will not bear any shipping costs, and our company will cover the replacement of the product.

Our company is not responsible for any situation beyond its control and will do everything humanly possible to provide the best service to our valued customers.

The entity responsible for defective products covered by warranty is the Greek representative of the respective product.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our store by phone or email (210…..) to inform us. Your order can only be canceled if the shipping process has not been completed.
Refunds are made by sending your account number via email to info@…… . Please ensure that the email includes your order number as well as the full name used when placing the order.
